New mental health initiative for Crowborough High Street
A community focused therapy hub in the heart of Crowborough, East Sussex. Dunamis Therapy Hub launch their innovative programme to improve mental health.
Dunamis Therapy Hub proudly launches its innovative programme to improve mental health in East Sussex and Kent. This includes low cost wellbeing groups, such as anxiety, depression and parent support. These will be run by highly qualified and experienced therapists assisted by counselling apprentices.
Starting shortly is their Diploma in Humanistic Creative Counselling, which uniquely is run over five terms starting January 2019. The course offers a rare combination of Gestalt, Existential and Person-Centred approaches to understanding human nature. Dunamis diploma training is community focused, low cost and offers a bursary for those for whom money might otherwise be a barrier. Dunamis has also created a club (meets the first Thursday evening of each month at The Lodge on Crowborough High Street) where those from many therapeutic disciplines can connect and share ideas and experience.
